If you've ever thought that personal trainers, wellness coaches and anyone in the field of health has it all together - let's rethink that. We are regular humans who struggle with food, exercise, time management, body image, self-esteem and so much more.
The other day I talked to a friend who truly has not had any issues with their body/confidence their entire life. I said "I can't understand - I have thought about my body, how I look and what other people think of me for my ENTIRE LIFE."
But I cannot FATHOM a life where that wasn't part of my every day. It takes a lot of effort to unravel all those thoughts, emotions, feelings and to show up as is. To show up in the body I have today and treat it with kindness while working towards goals.
I hope these chats fill you will love and let you know you're not alone. It does take work to get out of the mindset trap of always thinking about your body.
