James Dunn grew up with an alcoholic father and got arrested for attempted armed robbery at 17, and yet somehow still managed to work for his childhood idol, rockstar Gene Simmons and the band KISS.

Even that wasn't enough to convince him he was worth a damn. It wasn't until he took a job sweeping floors at a movie theatre that something cracked open. Within six months, he was put in charge of running a brand new $14 million facility with over 70 employees. Nobody was more surprised than James. That moment sent him down a lifelong obsession with one question: why do people become who they become, and what does it actually take to change? What he discovered is that the shift isn't about habits or hustle. It's about identity.

Change how someone sees themselves, and everything else follows. James tested this on himself, completing multiple marathons, skydives, and firewalks, then built a coaching practice around it.
