Where every Tuesday: I confess.
Confession: I’m taking a creative break.
Someone asked me once “do you ever have trouble thinking of things to write for your blog?” I replied “Not yet, but I’m sure it will happen.”
My goal is to bring you high quality, well written, humorous with a side of life lesson blogs to your inbox. Right now I feel like my creative well has run a little dry.
The funny thing about running your own business is the self-imposed deadlines, rules and requirements. I decided to write every week to keep myself accountable and to share my stories, ideas, and lessons with you. And it worked.
The flip side of that is that I also have the freedom to not do something and to follow my heart down another path for awhile.
So what I’m saying in a very around the subject Minnesotan way is that I’m taking a creative pause from writing a confession every week. It might be a few week pause, a month, or who knows.
But I do know that I will be back to writing confessions for you because I love it, I’m good at it and I love staying connected in that way.
As I have mentioned in previous blogs and podcasts, I am following my heart down a path to create a program like I have never done in the area of Food and Body Freedom.
I feel really called to do this work. To help people become at peace, comfortable, and proud of their bodies while being able to relax their relationship with food and use that mental and emotional energy on the rest of their lives.
While I’m taking the creative break from the blog, I’m going to be putting my energy into the Food and Body Freedom FREE Facebook group (YOU CAN JOIN HERE) and the development of the program that will be offered soon.
We will also stay in touch via the Friday Fun email which will contain:
- New podcast episodes
- Weekend work out updates
- Nutrition seminar dates
- Plexus education
- And much more
