Everyone has an inner athlete. Yes, even you.

The inner athlete isn't what you think of as a traditional athlete- it's the spirit inside that helps us to create our life through our mental, emotional and physical well-being.

And yes, becoming an athlete requires discipline, accountability, routines and action plans. But don’t worry, we are not trying to become Olympic athletes who train 16 hours a day.

In this talk, I'll break down how you can mold these principles to your life no matter how much overwhelm or resistance you feel at the moment. We'll also cover how incorporating an athlete's mindset can move you in the directions of your desires.

Creating an athletic mindset also means you will likely need to take risks, focus on rest and recovery and create integration of all areas of your life.

In this talk, attendees will learn how to:

  • Incorporate the 3 major components of having an athletic mindset into your daily life.
  • Create a personalized life plan utilizing the athletic principles of discipline, accountability, routine and action plans that will actually work for you.
  • Spot the trap of chasing what you think you “should” be doing and become honest and truthful about what you want to do.
  • Embrace an athletic mindset that encourages taking risks, while also allowing for rest and recovery to facilitate integration in all areas of life.
