Episode 110 – Brittany Holterman
What happens when an engineer opens a functional fitness gym, starts ninja training and switches to vegetarian based eating?? Find out in this episode with Britt Holterman. I met Britt when she was a walk-on for the Minneapolis episode of American Ninja Warrior. I know you will love this episode because Britt shares with us her story of leaving her safe and secure engineering job to follow her passion of opening up a gym and ultimately how that has shaped more of her life.
We talk about:
- The process of opening up your own gym
- The courage and faith it takes to make a big change
- How to build a community of like-minded people
- What sparked her interest in ninja training
- How many competitions she’s placed at
- What’s next for her ninja career
- Why she decided to change to vegetarian based eating
- What a day of eating looks like and the foods she now eats
- AND SO MUCH MORE
